Malta's only ice skating arena was a very popular venue and has recently been converted to a Multipurpose Hall. E. Calleja & Sons Ltd. was awarded the special lighting necessary for such a place. High quality bulbs were used, with standard of lighting adequate for filming.

We provided these bulbs from Osram for which we are agents in Malta. Osram designs a vast array of bulbs, from domestic to industrial and also numerous specialised bulbs, such as the ones used for this arena.

Osram has also achieved, more than once, the Academy Award for the progressive engineering and manufacture of light source for motion picture color photography.
